BULK ACTIONS - EDIT TICKET EXPIRATION DATE

Being able to perform actions on several tickets at once saves DP inspectors tons of time. Editing the tickets' expiration date allows them to account for changing work schedules, emergency or short-notice work extensions, and keep tickets compliant with state laws.

BULK ACTIONS - FORWARDING TICKETS TO 3RD PARTIES

Sometimes utilities subcontract site audits to 3rd party contractors if they're overloaded, or if specific infrastructure (water/sewer, fiber/comm lines) is examined by specialists.

ROUTE OPTIMIZATION

Being able to optimize a damage prevention inspector's route of addressing site audits allows them to prioritize emergency sites and hit each site in an extremely time-efficient manner.

MODEL EXPLAINER

We all know AI isn't perfect. DP Inspectors gave feedback about wanting to understand how the AI-powered risk ratings are determined, so I designed a feature that gave summary information about how the ratings were calculated without revealing the models' proprietary information.

DP Inspectors often work in remote areas with limited or no internet access. Offline mode lets them complete tasks on recently viewed tickets, and uploads the data once they've regained internet access.
